We use trusted third-party service providers, including AI and cloud infrastructure providers, to operate the Service.
These providers act as data processors and process data only on our instructions and under appropriate data protection safeguards.
All data processing and storage takes place on servers located within the European Union.
To deliver the voice-based coaching experience, we use the following AI sub-processors:
Soniox — Speech-to-Text. Receives voice audio during a session to generate transcripts. Operates under no-retention and no-training terms (SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, HIPAA). See: https://soniox.com/docs/stt/security-and-privacy
Cerebras — Large Language Model. Receives the session transcript (and, if Session Memory is enabled, prior session context) to generate the coach’s response. Does not harvest data from AI interactions. See: https://www.cerebras.ai/privacy-policy
Cartesia — Text-to-Speech. Receives the coach’s response text to generate voice audio. Operates under contractually enabled Zero Data Retention: no storage, logging, training, or retention of inputs or outputs. See: https://cartesia.ai/legal/dpa.html
No account identifiers (name, email, user ID, device ID) are sent to these providers. These providers act as data processors and process data only on our instructions. All inference processing and storage takes place on servers located within the European Union.
