The Service is voice-based. Voice input is processed to deliver coaching sessions.

We process personal data based on:
AI sub-processors
To deliver voice-based coaching we use specialist AI providers in three roles:
Speech-to-text — receives the voice audio from your session and returns a text transcript.
Language model — receives the session transcript, and earlier session context if you have enabled Session Memory, and returns your coach’s reply.
Text-to-speech — receives your coach’s reply text and returns the spoken audio you hear.
These providers act as our data processors under Article 28 data processing agreements. They process personal data only on our documented instructions, are contractually prohibited from storing, logging, retaining or training on your data, and each provides the same or equal protection of personal data as set out in this policy. They are not independent controllers of your data.
We never send them your name, email address, user ID or device ID.
We route requests across several providers within each role for capacity, latency and availability, so not every provider is used in every session. You can request the current list of named sub-processors at any time by contacting us at help@mybusinesscoach.app, and we will provide it.
International transfers
Your account data and session transcripts are stored on our servers in the European Union. Session transcripts are retained only if you enable Session Memory in Data Controls. Some real-time voice and AI processing is performed by the providers described under ‘AI sub-processors’ above,which may process data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or the EEA, we rely on one of the following safeguards: an adequacy decision by the UK Government or the European Commission covering the destination country;the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its UK Extension, where the receiving provider is certified; or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where the transfer is subject to UK law. We carry out a transfer risk assessment for each provider and require contractual no-retention and no-training terms.
