Redeem your gift code
Someone has given you free access to My Business Coach: a coach in your pocket for negotiations, difficult conversations, confidence, and everything else work throws at you. Redeeming takes about two minutes.
- Download My Business Coach from the App Store and create your account.
- Open the App Store app and tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code. If you don't see it, sign in with your Apple Account first.
- Tap Enter Code Manually, type your iPhone code exactly as printed, then tap Redeem.
- Open My Business Coach. Your free access is now active.

- Download My Business Coach from Google Play and create your account.
- Open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Redeem code. Type your Android code exactly as printed and tap Redeem.
- Go back into My Business Coach, tap the Orb Menu > Account > Subscription and choose Unlimited. The Google Play payment sheet will appear showing your free period, with nothing to pay today.
- Tap Subscribe to confirm. This final tap is what starts your free access, so don't skip it. If the payment sheet shows a price instead of your free period, don't pay: check you've chosen Unlimited, as your code only works with that plan.
If something isn't working
My code says it's invalid
Check character by character against the printed code. The usual culprits are the number 0 and the letter O, and the number 1 and the letter I. All letters are capitals. Also check you're using the code for your phone: an iPhone code won't work on Google Play and an Android code won't work on the App Store.
I redeemed on Android but nothing happened
This is the most common one, and it's not broken. On Android, redeeming in Google Play saves the gift to your account, but your free access only starts when you go into My Business Coach, choose the Unlimited plan, and confirm it. The Google Play payment sheet will show your free period with nothing to pay today. Steps 4 and 5 above walk you through it.
It says the code isn't available in my country
Codes work in the countries the offer was set up for. If you see a country message, the country on your App Store or Google Play account doesn't match where the code can be used. Get in touch below with the country your account is set to and we'll sort it.
I redeemed, but the app still shows a paywall
Close the app fully and open it again, and make sure you're signed in to the account you created. On iPhone, check you redeemed with the same Apple Account your phone uses for the App Store. If it still doesn't show, get in touch below and we'll sort it directly.
Will I be charged when the free period ends?
Your gift is completely free for its full length. Like any app subscription, it will renew at the normal price afterwards unless you cancel, and you can cancel any time in your phone's subscription settings without losing a day of your free access. Cancel before the end and you won't be charged a penny.
My code has expired or was already used
Each code works once, and codes have an expiry date. If yours has been used (maybe you passed the card around the office) or it's out of date, get in touch below. We'd rather send you a fresh code than have you miss out.
