“Can my boss see my conversations?”
No. Your conversations are yours. We separated conversations from identities: no names, no identifiers, nothing that traces a session to a person. If a session can't be traced to you, it can't be shown to anyone — a safe space to think aloud.
What we can see, in plain English
Everything below is backed by our Privacy Policy. This is the short version, without the legal language.
All that identifies you is your email address
Your email creates and verifies your account. Your first name lets your coach address you personally. That's the extent of what identifies you to us.
Conversations are separated from identities
We don't retain or use identifiers linked to conversation transcripts. A session exists without a name attached — nothing traces what was said back to the person who said it.
Your conversations are never used to train AI models
When a session is powered by a third-party model, that exchange is covered by processing terms that prohibit your conversations being used to train their models. Your words coach you — they don't train anyone's AI.
Helping improve the app is your choice
You can share anonymised data to help improve the service, or switch it off entirely. The control sits in the app, in your hands, and you can change it whenever you like.
Voice recordings aren't stored
Your voice is processed to deliver the session, not kept. Transcripts and summaries only exist at all if you switch Session Memory on — and that choice is yours.
Your data stays in the EU
All personal data is processed and stored on servers within the European Union, handled only by vetted processors acting on our instructions.
Delete your account, delete your data
Account deletion removes or anonymises your personal data. Only unlinked, non-identifiable usage statistics remain — nothing that traces back to you.

On an enterprise plan, your organisation pays for your seat. Here's the entire extent of what that buys them.
