Chatbots like ChatGPT are designed to provide answers. Your Business Coach asks the right questions for you to discover these answers yourself, which mimics human coaching sessions.

Is my data private and will it be used for AI training?

Your data is private and secure – we never share your conversations with third parties. When you save your conversations, that data improves your personal coaching experience only. Manage your data in ‘My Data’.

What can this AI actually do? What are the limitations?

Your AI coach helps you unlock your potential with powerful, targeted questions. My Business Coach is not designed to provide answers, and it cannot search the web. This app drives your discovery through the right questions, allowing you to discover the right path yourself.

How does conversation storage work?

You control whether conversations are saved – the default is off. When you save conversations, your coach learns from your history to ask better questions. Toggle storage on/off in ‘My Settings’.

What if the AI gives me bad advice, or I disagree with the coaching?

You are always in control. My Business Coach asks questions to help you think – not to make decisions for you. Redirect the conversation anytime or adjust your coach’s style in ‘My Settings’.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime in ‘My Account’. You keep access until your billing period ends.
